Thousands of people across Herefordshire took to the streets on Sunday to remember those who have lost their lives in conflict.

Remembrance Parades took place in Hereford and other market towns and villages throughout the county.

The turnout in Hereford was its largest for several years with this year being the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day.

Hundreds of people attended a remembrance service at Hereford Cathedral in which over 3,200 poppies fell from the ceiling to remember all those lost from Herefordshire.
