A driver in Hereford was arrested yesterday evening after officers discovered a wooden bat and a knife in a car.
The vehicle was stopped and when approaching the car officers said they could smell cannabis. The driver tested positive for both cannabis and cocaine. Police also found a lock knife and wooden bat in the vehicle.
