Shoppers shared their anger yesterday after Maylord Shopping Centre confirmed that toilets at the shopping centre will be closed until further notice.
A comment on the Maylord Shopping Centre’s Facebook Page said:
“The closure is a reflection of the current retail climate whereby the financial strain has meant maintaining and managing the toilets is no longer feasible. We will continue to monitor and review with the hope being that we will be able to reopen in the not too distant future.”
However the decision wasn’t taken well with Malcolm from Hereford saying, “Well that will encourage shoppers to stay away. A slippery slope to closure. I’ve seen it before.”
