Plans have been submitted for a three storey residential building on the former Sportsman Public House site next to Widemarsh Common in Hereford.
The plans include six apartments, car parking and cycle storage as well as landscaping work in the surrounding area.
The news will be welcomed by many as the current site is an eyesore next to the A49.
