A planning application has been submitted for a 178 bed student accommodation campus on the car park at station approach Hereford.
The accommodation will be for Hereford College of Arts & University students.
An application for a stand alone ancillary commercial element will be submitted at a later date.
There will also be somewhere in the grounds art work possibly sculptures made by HCA students.
