West Mercia Police last night awarded PC Mike Davey and Police Dog Bacca a Chiefs Commendation at the Town Hall in Hereford.
PC Davey and PD Bacca were both slashed during an incident in the market town of Bromyard earlier this year. Both PC Davey and PD Bacca have made a great recovery following the incident.
They were both praised for their actions and thanked for their bravery.
