Second half fightback sees Bulls progress in FA Trophy

Hereford FC 3-1 FC United

A superb second half fightback saw Hereford FC progress in the FA Trophy.

The Bulls found themselves 1-0 down at half time and in a familiar position to recent weeks. However, the home support were treated to a second half display that will leave supporters with plenty of confidence that maybe manager Marc Richards and his players are finally beginning to put the foundations together for a run of positive results as the club enters the important Christmas run of fixtures.

The return of Mike Symons helped provide a constant threat to the FC United backline throughout the 90 minutes.

Goals from Jordan Cullinane-Liburd, Tommy O’Sullivan and Mike Symons secured the win.

The draw for the next round of the FA Trophy takes place at 2.30 on Monday.
